Actually, i disagree.. I have been studing this topic, for almost 40 years, and have finally found at least one Real clue. AS you know we have been lied to about everything……….well that goes to your statement. You are repeating what you have been TOLD. Not imperical evidence. The real model of health and longevity has been hidden from us. BUT…….as least part of it is being reveled now. And that is we are co-depend beings. We need microbes to live, just as Roger has indicated. Keeping them alive and healthy is the key. If you start to follow the Terrain model, and some of the things that Guy Daniels is saying on YT, i think you will have a big piece
