In this thread, you can offer your own versions of a convenient and understandable table of therapeutic bacteria and enzymes that can help with autism and other types of diseases.
Definitions
Bacteria : Microscopic single-celled organisms. In the gut, they help digest food, produce vitamins, and regulate immunity.
Enzymes : Proteins produced by bacteria that speed up biochemical reactions (e.g., breaking down food, synthesizing nutrients).

Selection Criteria:
Bacteria : Only those with proven health benefits (not opportunistic pathogens)
Enzymes : Key for metabolism, immunity, and brain function
Minimal numbers : Only practically useful information

This is an excellent summary. I have been following Guy Daniels for the past month, and these are the ones he speaks of…I do believe this is the missing link to regaining our health. I am 68yrs old, and as i said started this one month ago, and my hair has started to re grow, and many other amazing age regression things
